PROJECT BIO.

ChromaWaves was produced between the Cleveland Institute of Art (CIA) and Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), with student developers forming as iGameTeam.

Development of the game took place over the Game Production course in the Fall 2009 semester, with postproduction carrying over into the early Spring.

ChromaWaves went through several weeks of prototyping the gameplay, visual preproduction, and received rigorous playtesting between its creators, college students and professors, friends, family, and even younger children for feedback and observation.

GAME PRODUCTION COURSE

SPECIAL THANKS

Game Production is a joined course shared between CIA and CWRU, where artists and programmers collaborate to assemble a game over the semester, concluding with a formal critique by Electronic Arts developers. Team-building, time managment, and a fervish work-ethic are critical to meeting milestone deadlines.

iGameTeam would like to give a special thanks to Charles Stack, CEO of iNomadics, for donating resources to our class that helped integrate and further develop the iPhone platform as a staple in the course's educational value.

Thank you to those family members and friends who have supported us in getting an education in game design. :-)
